We will return documents through an expedited mail company as long as the fees are prepaid.

• three (3) working days after receiving the service of process the SOS shall send notice by certified mail,
• return receipt requested, directed to the entity at its registered office or the last known address found in the SOS records,
• or if no address is recorded, to the entity's address provided by the serving party.

• Documents presented for certification must have an original, completed notarization block by a Kansas notary public.
• Any errors on the notarization could disqualify the document for certification and therefore delay the documents.

• The parking meters are 70M per hour for all 1/2-hour, 1-hour, and 2-hour parking meters.
• All 10-hour parking meters are 45M per hour.
• Debit cards are available for 10-hour meters only.
• To obtain information regarding a debit card, call the City Parking Personnel Office at 368-3934.
• State agencies with visitors parking in Lot #8 must also report information to Parking Administration at 296-5191.
