Practically, our office is in the building next to the Secretary of State within 2 minutes walking.
As soon as we receive your document, our courier immediately hand carries it to the Secretary of the State and waits for it.
Payment must be received upfront with the document. We accept Personal, business Check, or Money Order. In case the state of California rejects your document, we will return only the secretary of state fee back to you with the document and the rejection details.
